Exploring the Elasticity of Models, Frameworks, and Heuristics

(This is a hands-on lab with limited capacity)

We'll look at models, frameworks, and heuristics that we encounter throughout the system life cycle.

Working individually or in small teams, participants will select some area of interest, and:

• either use the models, frameworks, and heuristics provided or start with their own
• identify adjustments needed in the models, frameworks, and heuristics, in order to deal with aspects of the problem as they actually encountered them
• tune or improve or clarify the models, frameworks, and heuristics based on their experience and discussion

In a 2-hour session we'll have time for two or three cycles through work - share / debrief - critique.
