Core Domain Chart - Explore your Digital Transformation in 3D

The Core Domain Chart is a key tool for a socio-technical architect to represent and analyze the IT System from three different dimensions : strategical, technical and organizational.

This hands-on will take you through discovering the Core Domain Chart tool with a series of exercises. We present a case study of a fictional company undergoing business growth and must define a target strategy. We start with presenting the company business plan along with an EventStorming as inputs for the exercise.Together, we explore the use of Core Domain Chart to highlight critical business domains, project their related technical assets and design target team organization.
